MTDR Meeting Minutes
October 13th, 2026
Meet and Greet - 29 attended the meeting
BOD election was held. Tori Cashion, Roberta Ferguson and Pam Kilgore were the members that collected and tallied the electronic and in person votes.
November - Betty Sues ride - 7th or 22nd are proposed dates. BOD will decide and send out ride emails.
Halloween Ride - @ David McDonalds - October 24th. David McDonald talked about the ride and trails.
December events - Christmas Party - December 5th / Charity Ride December 12th and Loretta Lynns ranch. Charity ride is 8-9 mile trail.
January Ride - CMRA - Eddie Cashion is arranging the ride and is in discussion with CMRA.
After the voting ended, they were tallied and the results were given to the Shareholders to certify. Shareholders were presented with the results and certified the list. The results were then announced at the meeting to the general membership. Results will be posted on MTDR.org website.
Frank Kilgore, Chris Parker, Justin Gersman, Stephen Prichard, Mark Bradshaw, Chris Fred, Glenn Ferguson, Eddie Cashion will be the 2026 to 2027 BOD.
