Help MTDR by volunteering to work at the Spring Ride!
Volunteers who work 6 hours will receive a free rider registration
Trail Starter
Volunteer will be responsible for verifying each rider's access to trail and working with trail boss to report any issues. Volunteers will oversee riders entering and leaving the trail and assist with picking up a few bikes and riders as needed. Parents or guardian are required to be present while minor riders are on the trail.
Trail Patrol
(Restricted to Age 16 and older - no exceptions) Volunteer must be capable of riding the trail they sign up for (novice or main) in all conditions and look for riders in need mechanical or medical assistance and request help to location over the radio. Volunteers will only be allowed two Trail Patrol work slots since these positions are in high demand.
Registration
Volunteer must be must be 16 or older and will work with MTDR Board members to assist riders with pre-registration sign-in and day of event registration tasks as well as T-Shirt sales.
Sound Check
Volunteer must be 16 or older and will be instructed on how to perform sound check on rider's bikes and pass or fail based on sound level designated. Volunteer will earn listed work slot hours toward minimum of 6 volunteer hours required to have event rider fee comped
