Any suggestions for breaking the plunger loose?  I sprayed PB Blaster off and on into the plunger, today, but can't get the plunger to budge.

Gasoline, carb cleaner, and a heat gun.  A perfect combination..........

Sorry for ignoring you, but have been off the grid for a while after having thumb surgery.  Finally got back to the carb this week.  After soaking with various solvents and using an ultrasonic cleaner, I decided I was done and put a KX65 carb on it. I'm going to play with the jetting a little, but it actually runs pretty good with the stock jets - and it seems to have more get up and go. I had to get a longer fuel hose, but the boots fit and I used one of the two throttle cables.
