    re: Forums:

I kinda miss the Upcominng Rides/Events being a separate topic from the Ride Reports.  Once a ride is over, I don't want to keep seeing the announcement, only want read the aftermath. But I don't think it's that big of a deal. Who knows... in time it might turn out to be better this new way once we get accustomed to it.

I also miss emojis being available. It makes me laugh to see how people use them so creatively, and they truly are expressive. But also not that big of a deal. [right here I might have inserted an eye-roll.]

I liked that too Jack, so I changed it.  :)

Not sure how to do emoticons yet though

I originally combined them because people were adding the ride reports to the upcoming ride thread. Then there were two conversations going.

Makes sense.  Maybe we can keep them separate on the new forum and see what happens.  We can always merge them later if needed.

I would like to see the "Purpose of MTDR/ By Laws posted on the website in the "about" area-unless I missed it??? Also, the names of the Shareholders.  In addition, as I have not been on here in a while, a copy of each meetings minutes(after each meeting of course), which should include the treasury report which is to be disclosed at every meeting/

    Thank you,

    Sandy

I nominate Sandy for next years Secretary position!

We only have a scanned copy of the bylaws and constitution but I'll find it and post it, as well as the shareholder names.  The treasury report is communicated during meetings, but we've not been very good at getting the minutes put together lately so we could use some help in that area if you are willing to lend a hand.

Thank you Chris!  As a former secretary of the club, I know how extremely important it is to keeping accurate minutes and records.  Going through the days of having to get "event insurance" for each and every event we held was BRUTAL. Despite the LONG and HARD hours I put into all the administrative work, I still believe in what MTDR does and continues to do and stand for.  You all are doing an amazing job!!!  Thank you!!!! :-)
